Corporate Travel Reporting
Travel Corporate utilizes the Globalware System for our back office processing in conjunction with IBank for timely internal and online reporting services.
Globalware:
Our accounting team has worked with the Globalware System for over 15 years and are considered industry experts. Travel Corporate is often utilized as the beta test agency for new Globalware products and our CFO has created dozens of the standardized Globalware reports we provide to our clients today. All completed reservations will interface with our Globalware system. This includes but is not limited to: Names, itineraries, costs, fees, invoice numbers, CC#’s, all forms of billable numbers and department codes, ticket #’s, dates of purchase, travel dates, as well as many other sets of criteria. Globalware is an open database, so information can be managed in several various formats. These reports can be e-mailed, sent via regular mail, or faxed at any time. Our accounting team is dedicated to understanding your company’s needs and will work diligently to ensure all data is reported based on your requirements.
IBank:
We upload all travel data to our online site with IBank 4 times a day, providing nearly real time information for your reports. Capabilities within the IBank program allow for restrictions that will authorize a CFO to view the travel data for the entire company, while department heads can only view the data for their local division. Reports with pre-defined criteria can be automatically generated and e-mailed on a set day of the month on a recurring basis. The reports can be sent in Excel or PDF format and we are happy to customize reports based on your specific preferences.
