Travel Corporate utilizes the Galileo and Sabre reservation systems. These two leading systems provide the largest content data base in the industry. They offer more air, hotel, and car options to more places in the world than any other website or GDS.
About 10 years ago, through a partnership with Outtask/Concur, Apollo helped create one of the world’s most dynamic, easy-to-use online booking engines, Cliqbook. We have found Cliqbook to be the industry’s most flexible and user friendly product, while providing the most comprehensive and extensive fare searches.
Cliqbook provides a smooth interface into both the Galileo and Sabre systems and all data seamlessly transfers to our back office from all gateways. Galileo, Sabre, and Cliqbook have built-in intuitive travel policies that interface with one another, so no matter where your booking originates and finishes, it will integrate your travel policies throughout the process. All corporate contracts for air, hotel, car, and other vendors can be loaded in both Cliqbook and the GDS to provide point of sale pricing for all online or call-in requests. When using Cliqbook online or calling in for reservations, you will be able to compare and view fares from Southwest and Jet Blue against all the major carriers.
Cliqbook includes flexible online travel management that can be customized and layered to fit each employee’s personal travel preferences, department policies, and overall company guidelines. Complete with self administrative tools, Cliqbook allows internal management to update, modify, and control employee access.
All corporate and personal profile preferences are integrated throughout the reservation process to ensure the maximum accumulation of program points and that vendor discounts are applied. The systems also ensures that proper seating, meals, car size, room-type preferences and other requests are accurately confirmed based on your traveler’s profile in Cliqbook. Confirmations and invoiced itineraries of all transactions are emailed to the traveler, as well as any other listed email address. For additional quality control, Cliqbook adds or confirms the proper accounting codes, frequent traveler points, and applicable supplier contract ID numbers.
